Resort Dispatcher Winter 26/27 - French Ski Resorts
Join the Alpine Fleet team and spend the winter working in some of the most iconic ski resorts in the French & Swiss Alps. We provide shared and private airport transfers across top destinations including Val Thorens, Tignes, Morzine, Avoriaz, Chamonix, Méribel, Courchevel, La Plagne, Alpe d'Huez, Val d'Isère, and more.
As a Resort Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests arrive and depart smoothly during busy airport transfer weekends. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position that requires excellent organization, communication, and the confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer both full-time and part-time seasonal contracts. This role is ideal for energetic, proactive people who thrive under pressure and enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic alpine environment. Weekend availability is essential, as Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest operational days.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet Alpine Fleet transfer vehicles and coordinate guest arrivals and departures throughout the resort
- Work closely with drivers and customers to ensure smooth transfer operations
- Assist with loading luggage and preparing timely airport departures
- Support resort scheduling and daily transfer planning
- Communicate with customers & drivers in person and over the phone
- Act as one of the main points of contact for guests within the resort on arrival & departure.

Requirements
- Excellent English language skills
- Basic French language skills required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good IT proficiency
- Customer-facing work experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be available from 01 Dec 2026 until 30 April 2027
- Must have a mobile phone with roaming capability
- EU passport holders with the legal right to work in France
