Forklift​/Warehouse workers

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with potential to work until 5:30 PM as needed)

Work Location: In person

We are currently seeking dependable and experienced General Laborers and Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse and distribution operations, including material handling, equipment operation, and shipping and receiving support.

Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, forklift operation, or construction environments. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to OSHA safety standards are highly valued. • Load and unload materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
• Accurately perform order picking and fulfillment using warehouse management systems
• Safely operate heavy machinery and equipment in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of goods
• Perform material handling tasks including lifting, stacking, organizing, and inventory placement
• Support inventory management processes such as cycle counts and quality control checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist warehouse supervisors with daily operational needs

• Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, or construction required
• Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse and heavy equipment operations
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Experience with RF scanners, order picking (including cherry picker), and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
