Warehouse Workers

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Shift: Morning shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with potential overtime until 5:30 PM as needed)

We are looking for dependable and experienced General Laborers and Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position involves material handling, operating heavy equipment, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations. Candidates with experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and forklift operation will excel in this role. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), and a commitment to OSHA safety standards.

• Load and unload materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment
• Accurately perform order picking and fulfillment using warehouse management systems
• Operate cranes and heavy machinery safely in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring proper documentation and product handling
• Handle materials including lifting, stacking, and organizing inventory
• Support inventory control tasks such as cycle counts and quality checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist supervisors with daily warehouse operations as needed

• Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction environments required
• Forklift operation experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting for extended periods
• Experience using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
• Warehouse lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining safety standards
