Warehouse Operative – Join Our Inverness Team

Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week  Mon – Thurs,  Friday)

Holiday entitlement: 31 days per annum, increasing with length of service up to 36 days.

We’re looking for someone to join our warehouse team in Inverness — either an experienced warehouse operative or a motivated individual who’s keen to learn and grow with us.

The team is small and we work closely together and with other departments, many former members of the team have progressed to other areas of the business taking their knowledge and experience and building on it.

This is a varied and hands‑on position covering the full range of warehouse and fulfilment work, including:

• Goods receiving and storage
• Picking and despatch
• Domestic and international shipments
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating warehouse equipment (narrow‑aisle forklifts, counterbalance, and telehandler)
• Occasional relief delivery driving when required.

• Are reliable, organised and take pride in doing a good job

A driving licence is advantageous, as occasional / relief delivery driving may be part of the role.

Full training can be provided for:

• Narrow‑aisle forklift and counterbalance
• Gas cutting
• Abrasive wheels
