Materials Specialist

Overtime/ flexibility needed (get 1.5 /hr on OT)

Forklift experience is a plus.

Specific call outs:

• Requirements:
• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent
• Ability to be on-site at McHenry MS plant
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Demonstrated experience working with a team-first mindset
• Must be willing to handle hazardous materials with strict adherence to safety standards.
• Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years forklift experience and license
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management systems.
• Experience with energetics storage and packaging/handling hazardous materials.
• Awareness regarding warehouse organization strategies.
• Able to adapt in fast-paced environments and willing to fill multiple needs when needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling
• Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking
• Ability to flex as work shifts can be subject to change depending on the business need
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively
• Experience working in the defense/aerospace industry
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. clearance
