Accounting Office Technician (on-site) – Missoula, MT

We are seeking an Accounting Office Technician with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude!

• Assist controller in distribution of company and department needs, while anticipating capacity
• Bank reconciliation
• Work with AP to meet monthly deadlines
• Clean up entries supported by manager approval with strong understanding of general ledger and correcting when necessary
• All company schedules (VW/Chevy) – daily reconciling and weekly distribution of consolidated schedules to staffers and controller
• Enter all dealer trade activity and reconcile general ledger
• Assist coworkers and customer in a positive and professional manner
• Back up for deposit preparation
• Projects as assigned

• Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Computer skills required;
  Experience with Google Suite a plus and excel experience necessary
• Efficient multi-tasker
• Strong mathematical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to communicate customers'; interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance
• Dealership experience preferred but not required
