Accounts Receivable Experience Required.

Denny Menholt University Honda is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team! In this role, you ll process customer payments, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and help keep our day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly.

Whether you ve worked in automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, retail, or another industry, we welcome experienced Accounts Receivable professionals to apply. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

If you re comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and enjoy working in an organized, team-oriented environment, we d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Process and apply incoming customer payments accurately
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable records
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Generate invoices, statements, and reports
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Dealership accounting experience is a plus, but not required
• Professional communication and customer service skills
