Locum Tenens Physician Opportunity

Looking for one or two locum providers to help fill the below shifts. Bids must be correct and complete in order for us to process. Any bids submitted with missing rates or CV's, incorrect license information provided, no specific availability etc. will be declined.

Rates:
Hourly, OT, Holiday, Orientation. OT applies after 12 hours.

License:
If provider has an IMLC it must be listed as a license on the bid. Site will decline bid if this is not clearly stated.

Docs: CV must be uploaded.

Day shifts are 11.5 hour shifts. Admit shifts (Admit/CDU, PM Admit, and Night) are 10 hours, 10 hours, and 12.5 hours, respectively. Admit/CDU and night shift hours are subject to change slightly, as we may shorten night shift and lengthen Admit/CDU. Cross cover (APP Noc) is 10 hours.
