Description

The Clinical Secretary consists of secretarial, receptionist, billing and administrative management assistance. This Clinical Secretary must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work in a team environment. This position includes responsibility for various correspondence, answering phones, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintaining statistics, preparing reports and other special projects or functions as directed by the Clinical Nurse Manager for the Unit.

This Clinical Secretary has proficient computer skills with good understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook programs. This position requires an understanding of basic medical terminology. May assist with General IT issues.

• Current experience in a Clinical Secretary or Administrative Assistance role.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
