Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction at the job site, ensuring quality and safety.
- Manage personnel and materials for efficient operations.
- At least 2 years experience installing commercial single‑ply roofing systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to install single‑ply roofing.
- Physically fit; able to haul and pack roofing material.
- Willingness to travel within Montana; crews are at home every weekend.
