The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining , and analyzing project schedules using Primavera P6 to support successful execution of EPC construction projects. This role partners with project management, field leadership, and project controls teams to ensure accurate planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across all phases of work.

Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Planning
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Build and manage master and lookahead schedules (6-week, 3-week, 1-week)
  • Identify critical path activities and schedule risks
  • Align schedules with project scope, budget, and milestones
Progress Tracking & Updates
  • Perform regular schedule updates using field input
  • Track progress against baseline schedules
  • Identify variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Support forecasting for labor, cost, and timelines
Project Controls Integration
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather schedule updates
  • Align scheduling with cost tracking and resource planning
  • Support reporting requirements for leadership and clients
Reporting & Communication
  • Generate schedule reports and updates
  • Communicate schedule risks and recovery plans
  • Participate in planning and coordination meetings
Required Qualifications
  • 3–8+ years of scheduling or project controls experience
  • Experience with Primavera P6
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and scope
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial or EPC project experience
  • Exposure to cost controls and reporting tools
Key Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and coordination
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
