Overview
Foreman will be responsible for all aspects of construction at the job site. Duties include managing personnel and materials to ensure a quality product while maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations at the job site to ensure quality construction and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate and control personnel workloads and material flow.
- Lead and supervise crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Minimum of two years of experience installing commercial single-ply roofing systems.
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership abilities and understanding of single-ply roofing installation.
Position involves physical work including hauling and packing of materials. Local work is prioritized where possible; travel within Montana may be required. Crews are scheduled to be home every weekend.
