Field Engineer - Blue Line Construction
Blue Line Construction is growing quickly, and we re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals ready to start their careers in construction. This full-time, salaried role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and multiple career paths.
What You ll Do- Support pre-construction planning and site mobilization
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and documentation
- Assist with procurement, subcontract drafting, and material tracking
- Support QA/QC processes, inspections, and punch lists
- Help with closeout packages and turnover documentation
- Remains in compliance with the company safety program and attends all safety meetings
- Travel and temporary relocation to project sites as needed
- Spanish speaking applicants highly preferred
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Ability to use basic Microsoft software as well as Construction Management software
- Ability to work in field conditions (heights, weather, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver s license
Applicants must reside in one of the following states:
Montana, Wyoming, Utah, South Dakota or Colorado in order to be considered.
