  Monday-Friday. No evenings or weekends

• Min one year customer service experience
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent
• Work independently
• Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• A strong communicator who loves helping people
• Calm under pressure and professional at all times
• Friendly, warm, and confident with a wide variety of people

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Assist management with scheduling and tracking of movers and drivers in accordance with move requirements
• Document best practices for system training purposes
• May participate in various marketing activities including networking, direct mail and charitable move coordination
• Helps manage social media content and respond to online reviews
• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents
• All other duties as assigned
