WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Assist management with scheduling and tracking of movers and drivers in accordance with move requirements

* Document best practices for system training purposes

* May participate in various marketing activities including networking, direct mail and charitable move coordination

* Helps manage social media content and respond to online reviews

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries

* Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications

* Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves

* Prepare move-related paperwork and documents

* All other duties as assigned
