Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a
Weapons Mechanic

Position Type:
Full-Time Contract
Duration: 12 months

Location:

Malmstrom AFB, MT

As a Weapons Mechanic,you will:

• Clean, inspect, maintain & repair weapons in accordance with OEM and military standards
• Assemble, disassemble and/or modify systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes
• Oversee assembly, disassembly or overhaul of weapons components
• Perform validation/verification testing of systems and components
• Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results)
• Inspect components and verifies repairs for applicable weapons
• Travel on demand 25% of year

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Military aircraft maintenance
• Minimum 3 years military weapons experience
• Must be willing to work variable shifts

Clearance Requires:
Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with rotorcraft maintenance
• Hold or held an Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License
• General Mechanic experience desirable

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Between $35 to $40 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
