The ideal candidate has a strong interest in live music and the music industry, is organized and reliable, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, public facing, and event-driven environments. You should be confident engaging with concert goers, able to work evenings and weekends on a show-driven schedule, and have familiarity with cannabis culture, dispensary environments, and basic content capture or social media.

Groove Solventless is expanding its marketing team and seeking new applicants to represent Groove Live
at the Kettle House Amphitheater.

The Groove Live Representative supports Groove’s presence throughout the summer concert season
, with a primary focus on tabling and representing the brand at live music venues including The Wilma, The ELM, and other locations. This role is deeply embedded in Groove’s live music sponsor ships, pop-ups, and experiential activations, serving as an on-the-ground representative during concerts and events. You will help ensure activations run smoothly from setup through breakdown while engaging directly with concertgoers and building meaningful community connections.

This position plays an important role in maintaining a consistent, professional presence and helping bring Groove Live to life throughout the season.

The ideal candidate for this position would possess the following qualities:

• Passion for live music and interest in cannabis culture
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to scheduled summer evening nights
• Open to travel for events when necessary
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy concert environments
• Professional, approachable, and confident engaging with the public
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable when faced with changing event conditions
• Availability for sporadic summer evenings based on the concert schedule

Previous exposure to working events, music environments, or the cannabis space is a bonus, though not a requirement.

This role will support and manage the following:

• Groove Live concert activations and on-site representation
• Tabling and engaging with patrons at Kettle House Amphitheater and partner venues
• Event setup, breakdown, and activation support
• Concertgoer engagement, brand education, and retail awareness
• Inventory management and distribution of promotional assets
• Event recap, reporting, and communication with the Groove team
• Starting wage: $17.50/hr with opportunities for advancement
• Hands-on experience in live music sponsor ships & experimental marketing
• Exposure to venue operations and music partnerships
