Business Banking Relationship Manager
At U.S. Bank, we help customers and businesses make smarter financial decisions. Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals by building strong, trusting relationships and offering tailored banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Build, develop, and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Act as the primary advisor, delivering financial expertise and client‑centric solutions.
- Assess clients’ banking needs, obtain and process client and account information.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Four to five years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
- Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting (commercial credit training preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
- Some knowledge of bank products and services to identify appropriate opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts.
Hybrid/flexible schedule with at least 3 days in‑office per week. Pay range: $86,400.00 - $.
