Winds of Change is currently hiring Part-Time Group Home Night Staff and On-Call Group Home Staff in Missoula, MT
. These roles offer a meaningful opportunity to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.
As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential overnight care and support, assist with daily routines, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment grounded in dignity, respect, and encouragement.
Now Hiring Position Available- On-Call Group Home Staff
- 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
- 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)
- Must be available to pick up a minimum of three (3) shifts per month
- Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Monitor resident safety and well-being, including overnight supervision
- Build meaningful relationships and foster a positive, supportive atmosphere
