While not required, we value providers who bring additional procedural or hands‑on skills to their practice. Bonus skill sets may include injection-based therapies such as prolotherapy, platelet‑rich plasma (PRP), and neural therapy, as well as hands‑on manual therapies including craniosacral therapy, myofascial techniques, and pelvic floor–focused manual care. These offerings allow interested providers to broaden their scope and may enhance overall earning potential.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) (or similarly aligned integrative provider) to join our growing clinic. This role is well suited for clinicians who value collaborative care, clinical autonomy, and building a sustainable long-term practice.
Providers must commit to a minimum of 20 patient care hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours based on interest, skill set, and clinic capacity.
Compensation- Competitive shared‑revenue compensation model
- Earnings are directly reflective of patient volume
- Providers working 20+ patient care hours/week have historically earned $80,000–$120,000 annually
- Revenue calculated on collections
- No cap on earning potential

- Full front desk and Medical Assistant support, including scheduling, rooming, and non‑clinical patient communication
- ChARM EMR with all related costs covered by the clinic
AI-assisted charting support (Heidi) to improve efficiency and reduce documentation load - Insurance credentialing and insurance billing fully managed by the clinic
