Winds of Change is currently hiring Part‑Time Group Home Night Staff and On‑Call Group Home Staff in Missoula, MT
. These roles offer a meaningful opportunity to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential overnight care and support, assist with daily routines, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment grounded in dignity, respect, and encouragement.

• 2 Day Shifts Available: Sunday, Monday & Tuesdays (6:00 AM-6:00 PM) & Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)
• PT Night Shift Available: Thursday & Fridays 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
• On‑Call Group Home Staff Available

• Shifts could be day shift (6:00 AM-6:00 PM) or Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Must be available to pick up a minimum of three (3) shifts per month
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Monitor resident safety and well-being, including overnight supervision
• Build meaningful relationships and foster a positive, supportive atmosphere
