- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN - At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Labor and Delivery setting
- Other requirements to be determined by client facility
- Provide care to women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages
- Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth
- Monitor patients for potential high‑risk problems
- Educate and support mothers and their families after birth
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
