Shift: Full‑time Day Shift | 2–3 shifts per week | Flexible scheduling
Wage: $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus with full‑time employment
Up to $34.50/hour, based on experience and licensing

- Administers specified components of therapy programs for patients in accordance with state practice acts, through the use of accepted treatment methods as described by recognized standards of practice, company policies and its agents, and applicable reimbursement guidelines for rehabilitation, as prescribed by physicians, to rehabilitate a person to his/her maximum functional ability.
- Utilizes system established by the company for scheduling treatments, maintaining and communicating work schedules, preparing work assignments, maintaining and reporting productivity, and performing clinical supervision for support staff. Performs work in an efficient manner to meet productivity standards and to display equity of duties, patient care and other tasks, among members of the staff.
- Displays behaviors which promote customer satisfaction and promotes positive work relationships with members of the staff and staff from facilities where services are provided.
- Performs assessments and treatments, observing all policies for timeliness, and utilizes specific procedures, forms, and format for documentation and communication of information. Documents appropriate clinical information in an organized and legible manner, according to company policy and with demonstrated knowledge of applicable reimbursement guidelines.
- Promotes a safe work culture through the use of safe work practices including automobile use and proper body mechanics. Represents safe work practices to coworkers to make safety awareness a requirement for each employee’s satisfactory job performance.
- Previous respiratory experience either in long‑term care or hospital setting.
- Preferred 6 months – 1 year experience.
- License in respiratory therapy required, either CRT or RRT in this state.
