The Village Health & Rehabilitation, and Platinum Career Solutions located in Missoula, MT is offering a fully paid two-week training class to become a Certified Nursing Assistant! Provided with a Full-time or Part-Time position after certification!

Our paid CNA classes are filling up fast! Classes beginning on:

• December 1st
• January 5th
• January 26th
• February 19th
• March 12th

Training classes are located in Missoula, MT
and held in the Platinum Career Solutions training classroom. Here you will learn how to make a difference with the latest skills and techniques of providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living for individuals living in or rehabilitating at a senior living health care community. The class features a fun, engaging, and effective curriculum and learning environment dedicated to exceptional care and customer service.

Classes are scheduled from 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.After this two-week training class, you will take a certification test.
Once certified, you will then be plugged onto the floor as a Full-time or Part-time CNA at The Village Health & Rehabilitation! You will be scheduled with a CNA Mentor for your first two weeks of being on the floor.

CNA training class includes:

• All students receive $16/hour for all classroom hours required for graduation (minimum of 80 hours) with pay increase up to $21/h after certification.
• All classroom materials and your first attempt at the CNA certification exam are paid by the employer
• Free Lunch Fridays for all Students
• Opportunity for Full-time or part-time employment after certification is obtained
• Receive $2.00 pay differential if able to provide proof of being accepted into nursing school

Shifts Available After Certification:

Part-time or Full-time hours | 12hr and 8hr shifts, Days Evenings or Nocs | Rotating Weekends

CNA Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in all Nursing Department functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established Nursing Department policies and procedures.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the assessment and care plan.

• Perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy services under the direction and supervision of the nurse, e.g. range of motion exercises, assistance in ambulation or exercises.
• Performs personal care activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, and others as directed/requested.
• Performs household services essential to health care at home including meal preparation/feeding, laundry and ironing, changing/laundering bed linens, light housekeeping and other services as offered.
