Job Description
Join our Analytics & Innovation team as a Data Engineer, where you'll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data solutions that support critical healthcare analytics and decision‑making. In this role, you will develop reliable real‑time and batch data pipelines, create tools for monitoring and troubleshooting data workflows, and design data models that enable efficient access to enterprise data.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, third‑party vendors, and cross‑functional teams, you will provide both technical and functional support while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and database expertise with excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills. Experience supporting healthcare data environments, including Meditech or Epic SQL‑based data repositories, is highly desirable.
- Experience with MEDITECH or EPIC programming and report writing.
- Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, BI reporting, and the MEDITECH/EPIC data repository.
- Experience with PC hardware and software including Windows OS administration, file interchange, shared network resources, internet access, and electronic mail.
- Demonstrated analytic, written, and oral communication skills.
