Cleerline in Missoula, MT is seeking a Technical Support Associate (Fiber) to join our in-person team. You will triage issues, guide customers through fiber testing, and escalate when needed, handling phone, chat, and email support.
You will work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with hours TBD, reporting to Rosie, Customer Experience Director. Ideal candidates have fiber optics knowledge and strong customer service, with a willingness to learn and grow.
