Litigation Attorney

We are a well-established law firm in Missoula, MT, seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team as an Associate. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload including Civil Litigation, Family Law, and General Trial Practice
. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in private practice and a strong desire to grow within a collaborative and dynamic legal environment

Represent clients in civil litigation, family law matters, and general trial practice.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal counsel.

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in the state of Montana (or ability to obtain licensure promptly).

2–5 years of experience in private practice, with a focus on litigation.

Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
