Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday

Our Maintenance Assistant is responsible for keeping our residents' living areas clean and well-maintained to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You're the right candidate if you're pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly.

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc.
• Completed work orders from residents and staff
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
• Completes special projects as directed

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the State
• Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
