Program Coordinator II
Responsibilities- Oversees, hires, trains, and supervises student clerical employees and manages daily office operations.
- Manages TRIO SSS student data systems, records, reporting, and compliance (Banner, Blumen, intake and eligibility documentation).
- Monitors budgets, payroll, and financial reporting, including Pro Card management, vendor payments, and grant closeout.
- Administers the TRIO Book Loan program, inventory, fund allocation, and donor reporting.
- Develops and maintains marketing, communications, and web content to promote programs and services.
- Supports planning and implementation of student activities and workshops while ensuring adherence to University of Montana policies and systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years or relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of standard office practices, business English, records management, and use of office equipment.
- Experience with budget monitoring, report creation and analysis, and exercising limited spending authority using university financial systems.
- Ability to hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student clerical staff while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills with diverse populations.
- Organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn university systems, policies, web design, and marketing/communication tools.
- Previous experience in TRIO or similar program.

Title:
Program Coordinator II - Union: FOCUS-MFPE
- Work Schedule:
Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Monday through Friday, 12 months/year - Probationary Period:
Six (6) months minimum - Benefits:
