Pay Range: $22-26 per hour

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed.
• Understand and operate plant equipment and processes.
• Load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and all other containers.
• Regularly lift 50 pounds.
• Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders.
• Operate forklift.
• Keep work area clean.
• Perform light maintenance.

• Demonstrate ability to work safely and promote safety and safe work practices.
• Be quality conscious.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language well.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in detail and learn additional skills with experience.
• Work in extreme conditions (temperature) and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Work varying hours or shifts if necessary.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, including the use of tools and equipment, is preferred.
• Wear applicable personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical‑resistant gloves and boots, safety glasses, hard hat, face shield, full‑face respirator (if required), and chemical splash suit (overalls and jacket).
• Work independently and in a team environment.
