Remote or In-Office (Montana)
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our functional medical psychiatry and mental health practice. This role is ideal for an NP who values autonomy, flexibility, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an integrative clinical environment.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide clinical services, participate in care coordination, and collaborate with the practice team while maintaining independent clinical judgment and professional discretion.
Compensation Structure- Remote / Telehealth: 60/40 split
- In-Office: 70/30 split
- Flexible work environment (remote or in-office)
- Revenue-sharing compensation model
