About the Position
Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice & Home Health – Montana

Schedule:
In-home:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
In-patient:
Three rotating 12-hour shifts. On-call rotation as needed to meet patient care needs.
Highlights:
Provide skilled nursing care and case management in patients' homes or at an in-patient hospice center
Coordinate interdisciplinary team services to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
Perform clinical assessments, symptom management, wound care, catheterization, venipuncture, and parenteral therapy
Oversee care provided by Home Health/Hospice Aides and CNAs
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with agency standards and OASIS requirements
Participate in quality improvement activities and in-service training
Requirements:
Current RN license in the State of Montana (BSN preferred)
Valid driver's license with appropriate auto insurance and reliable transportation
2 years of recent acute care, home care, or hospice experience preferred
Clinical skills including venipuncture, catheterization, wound care, and/or parenteral therapy preferred
