RN Nurse, Healthcare Nursing
Integral member of the clinic leadership team. Provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment. Responsible for the workflow of the clinic under the direction of the PMG management team. Determines clinic priorities with regard to patient care, patient flow, staffing and distribution of resources. Responsible for ensuring adherence to standards and regulations. Accountable for the delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan.
Practices in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the ANA scope and standards of practice. Collaborates and coordinates with PMG leadership to maintain effective and efficient clinic operations. Key functions and specific skills for the job are found in the ambulatory specific standards that are applicable to the clinic and specialty.

Required Qualifications- Associate's Degree – Associate's degree in nursing upon hire.
- Upon hire:
Montana Registered Nurse License - 1 year working with the patient population similar to department of hire.
- 1 year delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel required, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
- Bachelor's Degree – Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- 3 years RN experience managing complex patients.
- 3 years demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
