• Ratios: Dynamic staffing ranging from 1:1 up to 3:1 depending on clinical acuity, triage flow, and postpartum couplet volume.
• Scope of Practice: Full‑spectrum maternal care, managing patients from active labor and delivery through recovery and immediate postpartum care.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent, dedicated experience in both Labor & Delivery and Postpartum specialties (Mandatory).
• Licensure: Active Montana or Compact RN license in hand.
• Certifications: Active AHA BLS and NRP. AWHONN advanced/intermediate monitoring highly preferred.
• Floating Flexibility: Must be willing to float within a 25‑mile radius of the main Missoula facility if local network census needs shift.
