Schedule Requirements: Three (3) 12‑hour shifts weekly, every third weekend and holidays by rotation
Required Qualifications- Experience in post-surgical nursing
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- One (1) year of acute care experience
- BSN
- ACLS certification
- Experience in post-surgical, orthopedics, or rehabilitation
The RN applies the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide nursing care of patients from admission through discharge or transfer. The RN delivers expert clinical care and education, serves as a patient advocate, leads and mentors assistive personnel, and is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. The RN manages patient loads within assigned timelines.
