Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Schedule: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 hrs/week guaranteed, travel assignment

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting with varying patient ratios (1:1, 2:1, or 3:1)
• Monitor, assess, and respond to the needs of neonatal patients in a 34-bed unit
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within a teaching hospital environment
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and Joint Commission accreditation requirements
• Float within the designated service area as required by unit staffing needs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of NICU experience
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts in a fast‑paced neonatal care environment

• Experience in a Level 3 NICU or high‑acuity neonatal setting
• Familiarity with transport coordination or interfacility neonatal transport protocols

• Work at a leading regional healthcare facility serving western Montana, recognized for pediatric excellence and accredited by The Joint Commission
