Riverside Health & Rehabilitation skilled nursing community is looking for Registered Nurses to join their clinical team.
OverviewThe primary purpose of the Registered Nurse is to provide high quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and health care regulations which govern the practice of professional nursing. Lead or direct licensed and non‑professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions. The RN plays an integral role in the success of our team and our community and contributes to creating a place residents are proud to call home.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a 72‑bed skilled nursing facility.
- Lead or direct licensed and non‑professional staff in delivering resident care and support functions.
- Implement and maintain quality and safety standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Document care plans, assessments, and progress notes accurately and timely.
Shift: 12‑hour overnight shifts; must be available for rotating weekends and holidays.
Compensation: $32.00–$38.80 per hour based on experience, plus a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time staff.
