Overview
The CNA performs assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed by the RN. The CNA supports nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients and assists with maintaining a safe, quiet, clean, and organized environment for nursing care delivery. Caregivers in Resource Pool positions are required to consistently perform the full scope of CNA duties and also be competent on all inpatient nursing units (excluding FMC).
Responsibilities• Perform assigned nursing assistant tasks based on patient needs and RN assessment.
• Provide support to nursing staff in delivering patient care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for nursing care.
• Attend routine orientation and continuing education, ensuring competency across all inpatient units.
- Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience plus successful completion of an orientation program
- CNA certification in Montana through completion of a CNA training course/program
- CNA certification from successfully challenging the MT state CNA exam (no course required)

On‑site - Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.36 per hour (base pay; additional compensation available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonuses)
