Registered Nurse, RN – Float Pool

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Direct resident care during the assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an RN in a long‑term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
