Job Details
New Graduate (RN) – Mother Baby. FTE: FT / 0.8‑1.0. Shift length: 12 hours. Start time: 1900. Unit:
Mother Baby.
Schedule requirements (including weekends, holidays): 3–12 hour shifts weekly, every third weekend and rotating holidays.
Qualifications- Current state RN license.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.
- BSN (preferred).
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provide expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, act as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. Be knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manage patient loads within assigned timelines.
