Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab

Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab

Position includes a $30,000 sign‑on bonus with a two‑year commitment.

Full‑time, 1.0 FTE; 10‑hour shift starting edule comprises Monday‑Friday, calls every third weekend, and 1–2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

The RN coordinates all patient care activities in the Heart Center Cath Lab. The nursing process is used in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of cardiology patients from admission through discharge or transfer. The role includes providing expert care and education to cardiology patients, acting as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.

Knowledge of cardiovascular clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents is essential. The RN must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment requiring strong cardiovascular clinical and assessment skills.

Qualifications
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • ACLS upon hire
  • Two (2) years of Cath Lab or procedural experience
  • Drug and alcohol testing required according to MT Law 39-2-205-39-2-211
