Description

The RN Cardiology Care Coordinator communicates and collaborates closely with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN Cardiology Care Coordinator accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a care manager to plan, implement and evaluate the care for patients.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• National Provider BLS
  - American Heart Association upon hire
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
• ACLS
  - American Heart Association upon hire
• 2 years of experience in cardiology nursing

• Cardiovascular Specialty Certification upon hire

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $42.83 – $66.48 per hour. Additional compensation may be available.
