ResponsibilitiesConducting patient assessments, performing procedures such as laceration repairs, sutures, splints, and I&D, and managing a daily patient load of 20-25 individuals.
QualificationsBLS certification is required; experience in urgent care settings preferred.
SkillsStrong clinical skills, ability to handle diverse cases, and excellent patient communication.
Key DutiesDelivering high-quality urgent care, supporting a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits$70 to $90 hourly, with all-inclusive pay, malpractice insurance, and benefits such as health, vision, dental, and 401(k).
