Description
The Structural Heart Nurse Navigator works on the multidisciplinary team as a clinical expert, patient advocate, educator, coordinator, and liaison for all structural heart patients and their families. Responsibilities include ensuring patients within the program receive quality and comprehensive services, coordinating patient care throughout the continuum of care, serving as a single point of contact for patients, families, and referring physicians, and assisting team members and caregivers with accessing clinical and supportive resources.
Required Qualifications- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Cardiovascular specialty certification upon hire
- At least 2 years of cardiac clinical nursing experience

Pay Range$40.37 - $62.66 per hour (base pay). Wage placement will be based on relevant experience and other applicable factors.
