• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS & NRP certification
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Mother/Baby setting
• Additional requirements as determined by the client facility

• Provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns immediately post‑delivery.
• Monitor maternal recovery, identify postpartum depression, and educate new mothers on emotional health.
• Teach new parents infant care, including feeding, bathing, and health monitoring.
