The RN Cardiology Care Coordinator communicates and collaborates closely with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN Cardiology Care Coordinator accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a care manager to plan implement and evaluate the care for patients.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association upon hire. - Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- ACLS
- American Heart Association upon hire. - 2 years of experience in cardiology nursing.
- Cardiovascular Specialty Certification upon hire.
