Role Overview
The Nurse Navigator guides patients and families through the healthcare system by providing disease-specific education, referral assistance, treatment options, and resource connections. They expedite access to diagnostic and treatment procedures, offer ongoing support, and address access issues as part of the navigation team.
Responsibilities Include- Educating patients about their conditions
- Facilitating referrals and treatment access
- Connecting patients with resources
- Providing continuous support to patients and families
- Responding to patient needs and addressing access issues
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
- Current Montana RN license and BLS certification
- Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Chemotherapy Certification, 2+ years Med/Surg and Oncology experience
This role is on-site, with compensation ranging from $40.37 to $62.66 per hour, including potential additional incentives. The position emphasizes a patient-focused, inclusive environment committed to whole-person care and professional growth.
