Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday with availability from 7:00am - 9:00am based on departmental needs onsite. You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on excellence in patient care. The compensation range for this role is competitive, offering $25-$38 per hour, recognizing your skills and commitment to quality healthcare. This position allows you to engage with patients during a critical phase of their treatment and to uphold the core values of integrity, safety, and problem-solving.$1000.00
sign-on bonus: $500.00 will be paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employment, and the remaining $500.00 will be paid upon successful completion of 6 months of employment.

Your day to day as a Mobility Coach:
As a Full-Time PT for Mobility Coach in the Surgery Center at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will collaborate with nursing staff and physicians in providing care for post-operative patients in an acute setting 23-hour stay. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include gait training, home exercise program (HEP) instruction, DME fitting and education, post-operative education, education on mobility and safety within patients' home and vehicle upon discharge.
You will collaborate with nursing staff to establish patient discharge priorities and status. Expect to communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education on the recovery process and safety within the patients home and vehicle upon discharge. Each day will bring unique challenges, requiring your problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence as you support patients on their healing journey.
