Key Responsibilities:Provide expert infection prevention oversight and guidance across the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Collaborate with clinical staff and management to develop, implement, and evaluate infection control policies and procedures.
Conduct regular infection prevention assessments, audits, and staff education sessions to maintain high standards of safety.
Monitor and investigate infection incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
Assist in managing facility compliance documentation and participate in infection prevention training programs.
Valid RN license
Infection Prevention certification (e.g., CIC)
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Minimum 3 years of recent infection prevention experience
Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Strong LTC and acute care background

You hold a RN license and CIC certification. You have at least three years infection prevention experience. You can lead audits, train staff, and ensure compliance
