Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Labor & Delivery – Montana

Schedule: Varied shifts including weekends and after-hours. May include on-call responsibilities. This is a 13-week contract assignment. Candidates must reside at least 90 miles from the facility to qualify.

• Labor & Delivery focus with antepartum, intrapartum, preop, circulating, and PACU experience preferred
• Opportunities to serve as Charge Nurse and transition/catch nurse
• Modified primary nursing model with comprehensive patient and family care responsibilities
• Stroke-certified unit with ongoing education in cerebrovascular disease protocols
• Flexibility to float to other departments as needed, supporting hospital-wide patient safety initiatives
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment committed to professional development and quality care

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Montana
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• STABLE certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification (recertification required every 2 years)
• Competence in modified primary nursing and willingness to practice collaboratively
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call as needed
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence skills
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
